A place where restoration, health, and refreshing is easily accessible to all. A place to strengthen and cultivate today’s and tomorrow’s leaders!

The Mission and Vision

  • Developing and Training Leaders

The New York Ministry Network is embarking on one of the most consequential journeys of its long and fruitful history, establishing a place to shape the leaders of tomorrow and spiritual renewal.

The need for leadership development has never been more urgent. Today's volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment need spiritual leaders with skills and organizational capabilities different from the past. Leaders like the Men of Issachar who "understood the times" and those chosen in the book of Acts, "full of the Holy Spirit and faith." Young people like "David's mighty men" or like those in Daniel "…people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits."

  • The Next Generation

Carefully identifying and properly developing the next generation of leaders is by far the most consequential decision for any organization or leader. The proverb goes, "all the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today." Yet to achieve this goal, it takes the right people, the right place, the right moment. This goal has to be pursued with great zeal and commitment.

Mentoring is a vital activity of The Hills. One generation passes to the next its wisdom, values, and skills. Sharing stories, asking great questions, defining long-term success, teaching them how to fish. Teaching them to know God. Mentoring is "caught, not taught." Roughly 90% of all communication is nonverbal. The Hills is where time slows down, and transformation takes place by spending time together and with God. Individuals helping and guiding, one by one, to become stronger, more Godly people. Mentoring is a true legacy, one of the most significant inheritances you can give to others.

  • Access to All

Leadership development and spiritual refreshing should not be restricted to the few but should be engaging the many. The Hills at Windsor is such a place. Four hundred thirty acres of prime Appalachian mountain wilderness space located 10 miles east of Binghamton, New York, at exit 78 on Interstate 86. A place where restoration, health, refreshing that is easily accessible to all. A place to strengthen and cultivate today's and tomorrow's leaders.

Our adults need a place to "unplug" and be still. To hear what the Lord is saying. Our youth need a place and a "moment" to connect with our shared Pentecostal heritage around the campfire and sharing the stories, experiencing the reality of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit that changes their lives in a moment.
