Our current capacity is limited to approximately 30 guests. Phase One of the project will accommodate an additional 120 guests for group settings. The spaces will be comfortable and accommodating for the various program uses of The Hills while maintaining a sense of the rustic surroundings. There will be rooms with private baths to house more couples' activities and larger spaces for group events.

A major architectural and development firm (Passero Associates) in the Rochester area has committed to drafting our master plan and the architectural plans for our next major housing unit. They are doing this pro bono as a commitment to the objectives of The Hills.
